Materials

Chosen to be used hard.

Fabric, foam, lining and hardware—each specified for how it behaves in year three, not how it photographs in week one.

Shell fabric

Water-resistant technical weave

A dense, abrasion-resistant outer fabric with a water-repellent finish—light rain beads and rolls before it soaks. Structured enough to hold the silhouette, supple enough to live with.

  • Repels light rain and splashes
  • Resists scuffs and abrasion
  • Holds shape without stiffness
  • Wipes clean with a damp cloth

Panels & trim

Premium PU leather

Smooth, uniform panels that bring the executive finish—without the weight, the water sensitivity or the animal sourcing of hide leather.

  • Consistent premium grain
  • Lighter than hide leather
  • Handles moisture confidently
  • Ages evenly with daily use

Protection

Cushioned compartments

High-density foam wraps the laptop bay and structures the body of the bag—impact protection engineered where devices actually take hits: corners, base and spine.

  • Padded laptop suspension
  • Structured, self-standing body
  • Breathable back-panel channels
  • Soft-touch device pockets

Hardware

Metal fittings, precision zips

Zips, sliders, buckles and D-rings are the moving parts of a bag—and the first thing to fail on a lesser one. Ours are specified for thousands of daily cycles.

  • Smooth-cycling zip lines
  • Reinforced stress-point stitching
  • Secure, low-profile buckles
  • Tonal, quiet finishes

Care guide

Five minutes a month.

Professional carry earns professional maintenance—a light routine keeps year three looking like month three.

01

Surface clean

Wipe the shell with a damp, lint-free cloth. Mild soap for marks; never solvents or bleach.

02

Zip care

Run zips fully open and closed occasionally; clear grit from the teeth with a dry brush.

03

Dry naturally

Caught in heavy rain? Empty the bag and air-dry at room temperature—never on a radiator.

04

Store standing

Store empty, zipped and upright. Stuff with paper on long breaks to keep the silhouette.

Specification note: exact fabric compositions, coatings and hardware specifications vary by product and are listed on each product page. Confirm final material descriptions against supplier documentation before publishing product-level claims.

Feel the difference
